veg vs non-veg - which digests faster?
A more technical humans that means homosapien are Omnivorous .because humans were eat both plants and animals .we have a capacity to change our food style as veg and non-veg

1.how foods are digeste in our body ?
In our human body foods are digested by the help of enzymes. In our food nutrients are commonly big. So the enzyme will secrate and break down the food particle into smaller food particle.This process is called as digestion. This digestion take place with the help of digestive enzymes.

When we eat any food weather it is veg or non-veg which is important?
Ans: 1.carbohydrates
2.proteins
3.fats/lipids
In this digestion process Carbohydrates are changed into Glucose . Proteins are changed to Amino acids and fats are changed to Fatty acids.

Digestive enzymes are :
This five enzymes have their own jobs

If we eat a vegetarian food for example, we eat a veg salad,this veg salad contain full veg items. In that the plant cells are protect by plant cell wall.That plant cell wall. Which is made up of cellulose and chitin.

Cellulose and starch structure are different so this amylase could not completely digest the food.

2.what is probiotics?
In our body intestine bacteria helps us to digest the carbohydrate of the cellulose. That intestine bacteria is called as probiotics
In some time that bacteria also could not digest some amount of carbohydrates.That carbohydrates will come out of our body without digestion. That is called as fiber. This fiber helps the food to travel smooth through small intestine. so that fiber is good for health. But to much of fiber affect our body and it shows our stomach as out and big as it cause bloating.
Eg: for fiber is kirai.
That kirai as lot of fiber content so we do not eat that in night time.

In normally vegetarian food that means plants are present by cell wall so they contain cellulose.so digestion is will long process and and it is so hard
In normally we eat a non-vegetarian that means animal meet that anamial do not have cell wall so it is easy to digestion because human beings are have most of protein and lipids so it is easy to digest the non-vegetarian food.
